I hope this letter finds you well and in high spirits. It’s been ages since we last caught up, and I thought it’s about time I put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) and filled you in on what’s been happening in my life.
First off, let me start by saying that life has been a rollercoaster ride lately. So many things have happened, and I can’t wait to share all the juicy details with you. But before I dive into that, I wanted to ask how you’ve been doing. It’s been way too long since we hung out, and I genuinely miss our crazy adventures and late-night conversations.
Okay, where do I begin? Remember that job I was applying for? Well, guess what? I got it! I’m officially employed and embracing the 9-to-5 grind. It’s been quite an adjustment, but I’m slowly getting the hang of it. The office is filled with interesting characters, and I’ve already made a few work buddies. The workload can be overwhelming at times, but I’m taking it one step at a time.
In other news, I recently took up a new hobby—cooking! Yes, you read that right. I, the person who once burned water, am now attempting to whip up gourmet meals in the kitchen. Don’t worry, I haven’t caused any major disasters yet. I’ve even managed to impress my family with a couple of decent dishes. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll open my own restaurant (just kidding!).
Oh, and speaking of family, they’ve been doing great. My parents are as supportive and loving as ever. We had a little family vacation last month, and it was an absolute blast. We went hiking, had campfire nights, and created memories that will last a lifetime. It’s moments like these that remind me of how lucky I am to have such an incredible support system.
Now, let’s talk about you! I want to hear all about the latest happenings in your life. Have you started that new job you were eyeing? How’s your pet cat doing? Did you finally go on that trip you’ve been planning forever? I’m all ears, my friend, and I’m dying to catch up on all the exciting things going on with you.

Dear Ade,
It is a pleasure writing to you at this time. How are you and your studies? Hope all is well over there in Abuja? Bola called and suggested that we should all meet during this coming festive period.
The purpose of writing is to inform you about my school recent inter-house sport which came up on 12th April, 2015 at Oke – Odo school field. It was coloured and eventful.
At exactly 10:00am, we all matched to the field accompanied by two big horses and the “Bridgade boys” with their steady inviting musical instrument which attracts the attention of the passers-by.
The programme commenced immediately with prayer, recitation of national anthem and the school anthem, followed by colourful match pass by different houses with different displays to attract winning in the end.
In addition, students from different house’s run such as: relay race, 200m race, 1,200k race, high jump, throwing of javelin etc.
There are companies who sponsored the programme such as: Milo, Indomie Noodles, Sky bank plc, Mtn, Nestle Castle etc. There are other activities that time will not permits me to explain all.
In all, yellow house came first followed by Red house, then green and finally blue. As I have said earlier on, it was a great fun and very eventful. I believe you will like to witness the next one. Till the festive time, remain great.
