- Sound energy:-It enables to hear sounds of different kinds such as human speech, singing, radio, or television sounds and thunder.
- Potential energy:-This is energy of position. An object has potential energy if it has been pushed or pulled into a position from which it can do work
- Kinetic energy:-It is energy of motion of a body. Any object that is moving has kinetic energy.
- Electrical energy:-It is used to operate electric fans, radio sets, television sets, refrigerators and many other appliances
- Solar energy is radiant light and heat from the sun that is harnessed using a range of ever-evolving technologies such as solar heating, solar thermal energy and so on
- Heat energy:-it is used to cook food, iron clothes and boil water to produce steam that operates engines
- Light energy:-Light energy can deflect the pointer of a light meter.
Plants use light energy to make their food in the process of photosynthesis
