As a leading provider of remote workforce solutions, we are seeking Online Instructors who will work from the comfort of their home offices. You will play a crucial role in preparing our independent contractor Agents for success as they embark on their virtual call center client programs. We prioritize growth and excellence, and we are excited to welcome enthusiastic Instructors to our dynamic team. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Design engaging class curriculum and provide comprehensive preparation for Agents to ensure high-quality project work. Collaborate with the Director of Agent Development to thoroughly understand client business and project requirements, meeting with clients when necessary. Adapt and modify project documentation to suit virtual preparation methods and timelines; create virtual preparation materials accordingly. Prepare assigned agents by providing project-specific information, testing, and guidance on procedures. Assist Contract Instructors in delivering project preparation information, particularly for large or ongoing projects. Aid in agent scheduling for new projects to enhance retention of information and agent success rates. Offer additional preparation as needed for active agents to promote project success and maintain superior client satisfaction. Respond to agent questions related to preparation, provide encouragement, and acknowledge accomplishments. Document and implement programs, processes, and procedures as required. Deliver results reporting to management and clients as requested. Requirements: Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment. Bachelor’s degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education. Teaching experience is essential, with a preference for experience in teaching children and curriculum development. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate learning. Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing information effectively while remotely. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently without compromising accuracy or quality. Proficiency in using various computer tools and programs; adaptability to learn new systems quickly. A passion for creativity, fun, and inspiring learning. Preferred but not required: 3-5 years of classroom and/or virtual training experience; knowledge of call center processes and techniques.
